You should see the debt-to-savings ratio of families living in nicer neighborhoods with all the cars and toys. They might be making six figures, but they are living on the edge of a cliff.

A friend of mine is a remodeler. He tells me that an amazing number of people living in the ritzier areas of Salt Lake in nice big homes have a nice car in the driveway, nice furniture in the living room/entertaining areas and the rest of the rooms are empty. Lol.
