I was lucky enough to serve under two Commanders-In-Chief...Richard Nixon and gerald Ford,both of whom served honorably as Naval officers.There’s no way in hell I’d serve under Osama Obama or The Big Guy.

Stout hearted, brave hearted men will look elsewhere for employment. Those who do apply are more likely to be less than desirable.

Congress and various executive administrations have their fingerprints all over the destruction of our armed forces' readiness. As to Navy recruitment, CNOs should be held accountable for poor numbers with dismissal just as CEOs would be for management failure. Of course, there is the nauseating possibility that the whole damn country is failing.
Today that would get you court-martialed.
