Some of my kin and other friends still in California have been "annoyed" with the state as we compare the gas prices in our two states. Ours here is almost $3 cheaper, and the simple explanation is California taxation. That reality is coming through to even the Democrat outliers.

Government is the problem. The bigger the government, the bigger the problems, Seems a rather simple ratio, which I found written about even 100+ years ago in Germany, when we were legal residents there. Happy to be in a conservative part of the US these days.
