Oakland will get an expansion team in a few years...

I don't think so. When the As leave why would MLB put another team in there? Especially without a new stadium. And if there were to be a new stadium the As probably wouldn't be leaving. Vegas represents a bigger richer market and will now have major league hockey, football, and baseball.

The idiot mayor is already demanding a new team as payment for letting the A’s continue to play there until their new place is ready. More Democrat logic. How about no?

The Texas Rangers played all thier games at night before they built thier new Dome Ballpark.

I wish. I went to day game there when it was about 100 degrees.

Bay Area has a team, in the Giants. It’s not a big enough market to support two teams.

If only that were so. I was there for plenty of 90+ degree noon games. I like to say Bush is an idiot since he said indoor baseball wasn’t baseball and was instrumental in the design of the open air stadium that needed to be replaced 25 years later at a cost of over a billion dollars, but there is the fact that closed roof stadiums were a rarity in the early 90s. But screw him anyway.

Was just thinking that protest had more people than I have seen at an A’s game in years.
