This movement to weaken the leadership during war is despicable. Many of these voices are trying to advance their parties at the expense of Israel.

Agreed. I think that the IDF is buying the time to root all the Hamas terrorists & enclaves out while not broadcasting all their plans and actions which is very wise.
There has been a relative silence by the IDF since 11/13. When that has happened before eventually a significant operation is revealed.
