First of all, let me say that I love your posts, "left that other site", and always try to read them when I see them. Thanks for them.
And, now, I didn't want to take this great thread "off the tracks" in any way. I'd just like to make one more post to illustrate why the Apostle Paul is often thought of by many as being "disagreeable". Under another name, he was extremely disagreeable toward the early Christian Church, observing and approving the stoning death of Stephen, and pulling Christian men and women out of their homes, and throwing them in prison. He approved of rounding up the early Christians, and killing them. (See Acts 7-9.) That's disagreeable! (He had to pick an alias after that!) :-)
