Dylan was dopesick and hung over and yet had enough chutzpah to attempt to insult the cabbie (just, no, the one thing you never do in London, bloody awful behaviour with Blob living up to every ugly American stereotype he attempted to punch down on in his music), insult Britons, attempted to bait Lennon ... who bided his time on home turf and took Dylan apart a . sentence . at . a . time.
Oh, no question he was a jerk. Most all the stars were jerks back then, and still are! :-)
I am glad I never got famous, or I may have become a jerk too. hahaha
