It pains me to say it but she is a shoe in for the job.
1) she is a democrat so all the drones in places like Hudson County, Essex County, Paterson, Middlesex County, Trenton, Camden and Atlantic City will cast votes for her whether they know it or not.
2) she is a woman so the mindless suburban women will crawl over broken glass to vote for a historic first female senator from NJ who is rabidly pro abortion. The married suburban women’s husbands will generally vote for the other guy.
3) she has name recognition….. she is a Murphy. Most people can’t stand her husband but will give her a chance because hey, she can’t be as bad as him.
Burlington County and Camden County also regularly vote Democrat - neither has voted GOP in a national election since 1988. Ditto rural Cumberland County for some reason.
