Doesn’t say any such thing in this article, and the other article posted here earlier said the charges were unknown.
The earlier article said he had been holding a container of pepper spray on J6 but it was not clear if he had brought that with him to the Capitol or had acqyired it up later, or picked someone else’s, possibly the police’s, up off the ground and just happened to have been caught on video.
He claimed he never used it during an interview in Jan 2021.
But there was no mention what exactly the warrant is about, could be unrelated.
Since we already have two Cap Hill police, one serving on Pelosi’s security detail, who have been caught lying about where they were on J6, I don’t believe anything anymore regarding J6 unless it is captured on camera and in context, no still shots.
Can’t blame a guy allergic to being immorally railroaded for a God-given right to protest peacefully.
