Democrat Election Eve Poll Warns of Virtual Tie in Kentucky Governor Race

A Democrat poll released on the eve of Election Day shows what could be a very tight gubernatorial race in Kentucky as voters head to the polls on Tuesday.

The Data For Progress survey, released Monday, November 6, showed an extremely close race between Democrat incumbent Gov. Andy Beshear and Donald Trump-backed Republican Attorney General Daniel Cameron.

When asked who they would support between the two, 50 percent of likely Kentucky voters chose Beshear, while 48 percent chose Cameron. Just two points separate the candidates, which is well within the survey’s ± four percent margin of error.

It’s unfortunate that the Louisville conservative talk station rather than discussing the fact today is an election day chose to instead choose this, of all days, to instead focus on crowd funding for a TV news broadcast to launch. They couldn’t have picked tomorrow for this and instead dedicated today for the fact there is an election to drive turnout? Even leaving on the national radio shows would have resorted in more discussion of our local elections.

If this is as close as it was in 2019, their decision to do that could be the different maker.

Beshear is the 1/3 betting favorite.

Cameron winning would be a nice upset.

Just voted for Cameron. Closed from down 49-33 last month to a virtual tie. Beshear has run a nasty campaign. Ran a commercial on a loop saying Cameron opposes rape and incest exceptions for abortion. Outside groups show children suffering in hospitals and say Cameron wants to throw them off their health insurance. Cameron does keep showing Andy standing next to 6-foot tall bearded men in drag. Cameron seems outspent. Republicans should have the governorship of Kentucky. Talked to a woman in the Right To Life office yesterday and she told me about seeing Beshear take a picture in the Capitol with a man wearing a Satanic helmet with goat horns sticking out of it. Breakdown of voters in the Commonwealth: 46% Rep, 44% Dem, 10% Ind. Have a little trouble understanding the line in the article breaking down voter preferences in Kentucky based on whether they support Trump or Biden. Runs together confusingly.

Democrats had their votes in when there was a 10 point spread. It wont even be close. Republicans are still running elections like early voting doesn’t constitute thr majority of the votes.

Dems always send that message out prior to stealing elections. They’re making up multiple absentee ballots as I write, to keep Beshear in office.

Early voting in Kentucky didn’t start until last Thursday, 11/2/2023.

I knew a guy back in college who looked EXACTLY like Andy. Even had similar mannerisms. This much I can tell you — the guy couldn’t get laid in a whorehouse with a fistful of 50’s.

So I just don’t get the whole “Andy is hot” thing…
