I still find it hard to believe the Judge hasn’t been removed and the angry black female sanctioned for contempt. And there you have the weakness of the Passive Voice.
WHO is going to remove this judge? Who is going to sanction the ABF for contempt? Who has the authority to do those things?
Answer those questions and you'll almost certainly have (by inference) the reason why those parties haven't done the removing and sanctioning that they should do.
