Putin got his stooges to specifically amend the Constitution to allow him to serve until 2036
he wouldn’t do that unless he planned to stay
Mikhail Gorbachev, Boris Yeltsin and Dmitry Medvedev.
Gorbachev’s kidneys failed (a really bad way to go) last year.
Yeltsin died of congestive heart failure in 2007.
Medvedev is the head of the Russian Security Council.
