In my humble opinion the real problem is allowing lawfare to continue with states and corporations can be defrauded like they are actual people. The state and corp personhood is a fiction. You can’t harm a state. This crap started a while ago. maybe in 1975 or so.
So this portion of the trial is to establish value. Value is a nebulous term. But in the final analysis the banks used Trump’s valuation and they gave him the loan without doing their own valuation. Therefore, if a creditor is willing to lend using your valuation despite his warning to do your own valuation then that’s what the property is worth at that moment in time. Most Americans have applied for a loan and understand the lender’s duty to do their own valuation.
