Many careful observers agree. The point is negated, however, because Congress, including R's and Rino's, by Constitutional vote waived at the Jan6 Session any corruption in the election. (The riot was an intentional element in that action.)
Agree, riot intentional but pretending he was elected doesn’t make it so.
It may be a fight that can’t be won and is not worst expending energy on when there are so many other issues but that does not change election fraud into a free & fair election or a usurper into a legitimate President.
