I forced myself to click on ABC News (gag)-read the whole thing-and it appears that he was referring to the Primaries-not the general election-but I see that RINO types are going to run with the headline anyway...

New York counties vary in population from Kings, population 2,590,516, and very blue (it is better known as Brooklyn), to Hamilton, population 5,118, and very red (it is in the middle of the Adirondack Mountains).
US Representative districts are apportioned by population, not by area or county.

He won all 50 states in the primary AND THEN did great in the general election and got 12 million more votes than in 2016. The fake news media is trying to grossly misinterpret what he is obviously saying. But they know what he meant, they are just lying scum. Bill Weld was his only primary challenger.

2020 general election: 74,223,975
By the "official count" he's about 700K short of the 12 million more mark increase, but if votes were actually taken from him, it may actually be more than 12 million more votes.
The "official count for" Biden states 81,283,501, which no one, with a functioning brain, actually believes he got that many votes.
They stole it fair and square.
Whether he would have gotten all 50 states IF the overall elections weren’t cheated really doesn’t matter. I’m satisfied that he actually won enough states to win the election but that a massively-targeted effort by Democrats to create votes, miscount votes and suppress other votes actually happened.
And, with that, I don’t see anything wrong with a going-in position the whole damned election was fraudulent.
After counting stopped in the five states, Trump was up 500,000 votes. Later, watching the announcer with the vote totals behind him, I saw 20,000 votes switch from Trump to Bidet. This continued all night until the totals had reversed and Trump was behind by 50,000 votes.
Machines programed to give the walking corpse the win.
In 2016, they underestimated how many votes they would have to steal to get the bitch elected. They were ready this time.
