I don't think there is anyway that Biden is running for President in 2024. He was past his expiration date in 2020, but the rampant voter fraud (and CoVid enabled mail in balloting) allowed the election to be stolen.
But then what? We've seen this senile fool bumbling his way across the world stage these past two and a half years. Even with the extreme gaslighting by the Media, the vast majority of people understand that Biden isn't running anything.
So it makes sense for Newsom (the pretentious, preening, empty suit) to 'run'. I'm not sure how the Dems will pull Biden out (push him down the stairs? Poison his coffee? Use an MK-Ultra victim to take him out?), but I can't see Biden being on the ballot next November.
