About 6 months ago, the House passed a bill under McCarthy called the "Secure the Border Act". It was introduced in the Senate by Cruz.
It's very comprehensive. It needs Senate approval and Biden's signature.

It could be used for leverage....not against Israel but definitely against Ukraine.
