“Almost immediately after trial, Juror 52 was on a radio show, being interviewed about his experience as a juror,” Mohrman explained. “He expressed happiness at being on the juror panel. Then he said he was really happy with the messages sent to the Minneapolis Police Department because during his life he had had 50 encounters with the Minneapolis police department — all of them negative. And in one of them, he had a gun pulled on him. Now again, he filled out a juror questionnaire prior to trial saying, to the best of my recollection, he was at least neutral on the Minneapolis Police Department.”

Autopsy does not matter. It was done long after death. Fact remains death happened during man-handling by police.
If a person gets into a physical fight with another person and the other person dies, it does not matter if any fatal blows was delivered breaking any vital parts of body. The fact that the fight caused the death is enough to convict of 2nd degree murder.
“Because we all watched the 9 minute video of Chauvin kneeling on that man’s neck with a look of demonic glee on his face.”
Either you forgot the sarc tag, /s, or you are an ignorant moron.
There were ZERO injuries to his neck. (coroner) It was an ACCEPTED police procedure.
This procedure/Dereck Chauvin DID NOT KILL GEORGE FLOYD!
He killed himself with fentanyl.
He was a POS lifetime criminal/drug addict. The world is a better/safer place without him.
Chauvin was more or less a POS who should not have been a cop but at most he was guilty of criminal negligence. He got overcharged and way too much time.
“Take another look. Try to watch as if that was you on the ground.”
Should I be realistic and also imagine that I took a fatal dose of Fentanyl, or just engage in your romantic fantasy of pure innocence?
And we all bought in to the rhetoric and ignored the actual facts....time to go polish the statue?
Pretty close to what you said:
MINNEAPOLIS — A former Minneapolis police officer who fatally shot an unarmed woman who called 911 to report a possible sexual assault in the alley behind her home was released from prison on parole Monday, months after his murder conviction was overturned and he was resentenced on a lesser charge.
The Minnesota Department of Corrections website said Mohamed Noor, 36, was placed under the supervision of Hennepin County Community Corrections. He was freed 18 days shy of the fifth anniversary of the July 15, 2017, fatal shooting of Justine Ruszczyk Damond, a 40-year-old dual U.S.-Australian citizen and yoga teacher who was engaged to be married.
I remember him….the Somali cop .
……
What I saw on the tape was 8.5 minutes of struggling and kicking and tugging four cops around on the ground to evade the cuffs, and then finally slowing down and conking out. I didn't see anything between those two states. Which means I don't see anything remotely actionable against Chauvin or the other cops. What were they supposed to do? Let this actively violent psycho with a violent criminal record and a couple of hot warrants fling them all off and run away?
“My reading of Chauvin’s expression is pig-headedness shifting to fear. He was determined to maintain “command presence” and not yield to the crowd.”
I agree with you about Chauvin’s expression. Remember what he was seeing as the camera was on Floyd. A riotous crowd, yelling and swearing at him. I think you’re right about ‘command presence’ — consider that he can’t see Floyd’s face, as he was facing away from him. He likely couldn’t understand anything Floyd said due to the protesting crowd. He’s not worried about Floyd, he’s worried about someone cracking him in the head with a bottle.
