The headline is a lie. Someone else stopped the car and then this deputy came along an rear ended it. His actions could have actually hurt the children. This was also his 3rd preventable accident within the year.

He attempted to maneuver his squad car behind the Infiniti to barricade it in place. But as he hit the grass he lost control of his cruiser and ran into the Infiniti, causing $9,721 in damage to his vehicle.”
So he attempted to maneuver his car behind an already stationary vehicle and crashed into it instead.

From Yahoo, so I expect bias. It’s in Florida, so I expect the article to hype the story. It’s about a cop, so I expect the article to be written from the point of view that the cop is at fault.
