There's lots of liberal Jews who enthusiastically embrace the idea that so called "people of color" are always the victims. I wonder if some of them are bewildered by all these people in high places blaming Israel for what Hamas did. Granted many leftist Jews probably agree with that. But the ones who don't agree undoubtedly are having a lot of cognitive dissonance.

Doesn’t the term Semite and Semitic describe more of a geographic location of origin rather than tribal/national affiliation? Or is it both?
