Ooooo, more rain! Wish we could get some here but nary a drop so far. MAYBE we’ll get some Monday when the cold front comes through. It was hot and a little steamy here today. The humidity felt strange after it being so dry for so long. LOL
It’s still warm outside - 70 degrees.
There are a few scattered clouds tonight but the moon was shining bright when I was outside a little earlier. I guess Kathy won’t have a view of it tonight. It’s cloudy. :-(

Well, I was hoping you’d get some rain before next week, but maybe then you will. Fingers crossed. Gosh...it’s 70 there and 54 here. How things have flipped around! Supposed to be pretty cool tomorrow, too. Maybe we’ll finally have a bit of fall!
Guess I’d better go. I’m totally not sleepy, but since I don’t want to kill the alarm in the morning, I’ll give in and try to sleep. See ya tomorrow night! Enjoy that moon!

It was pretty much a given we wouldn’t get any rain here this weekend. Chances were just too low. We won’t get much Monday but anything at all is better than nothing. But with that little bit of rain comes cold and I’m not ready for it. It’s going to be a big change. 84 today, mid 70s tomorrow, and mid 40s Monday. Two nights of hard freeze next week. Nope, not ready for that at all! My blood’s still summer-thin.

LOL! I thought I would be, too, but I took a melatonin and wanted to stay up a bit to let it take effect.
Needn’t have worried about the alarm. It was thundering about 30 minutes before it was due to go off, and we got a nice little rain out of it. The temp right now is *thud* 38! I finally turned the heater on when I got up, but might turn it off again a bit later. It’s uncomfortable.
I’m guessing you’re getting the same cold front that we’re having, so maybe we won’t use up all the rain. :)

But BRRRRRRR on your morning temp! Poor kitties! They aren’t ready for that big a temperature change.
We’ll be there tomorrow night and Tuesday morning. It’s supposed to drop to freezing overnight tomorrow night. Into the 20s Tuesday and Wednesday night.
Gonna be a nippy week.
IF we get any rain at all, it’ll be sprinkles tomorrow. West TN will use it up before it gets here. The whole state is in drought and we’re in severe drought on the edge of extreme drought here. Bad enough that the grass is brown and crispy but with dead leaves on the ground, too, it’s getting scary. There ARE idiots who ignore burn bans.
Man...Thursday night I could see the beautiful full moon. Not since. Darn!
Me either! Double darn! Maybe tonight. It’s still “almost” full!
