Lewiston has a college. There are also industrial parks. I know that TD Bank had a large operating center there for their mortgage and loan services. Lewiston is about 30 minutes north of Portland, so there are residential areas as well.
It’s the home to the Farmer’s Almanac. LL Bean used to have a decent sized call center there as well—That could have changed.
Amazing for a small city. Most have one thing to be known for.
