I don’t like my tax dollars wasted, but providing mental healthcare to people who need it on one thing I’m ok with. So many mass shootings and crimes could have been prevented if mentally unbalanced people got the care they needed and held in custody when appropriate.
Even more if "head meds" could be administered by skin patch beneath a GPS/locked ankle bracelet.
