Active shooter situation with multiple injuries at multiple locations in Lewiston, Maine
Permanents closed....perhaps he killed the owner.
Fascinating - just looked it up on satellite map, and finally found “Sparetime” in Lewiston itself - the map says “PERMANENTLY closed”. Did they decide that in this time to shut the whole business down?

Investigators are looking at cell phone signals to try to identify his movement in the hours and days before the shootings, as well as examining social media and other electronic records to try to identify his whereabouts.

What about the New York State Police?
He had, in fact, been referred to the facility on July 16 after “behaving erratically” while in training at the United States Military Academy, a spokesperson for the New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs told The Daily Beast“Out of concern for his safety, the unit requested that law enforcement be contacted,” the spokesperson said. “New York State Police responded and transported Card to Keller Army Community Hospital at the United States Military Academy for medical evaluation.”
When the NY State Police "transported" him to the US Military Academy for "medical evaluation," did they have him under arrest (for his own, and their, protection?). Or, did he simply hop in the back of their car so they could take him to the mental hospital?
If they had him under arrest, then wouldn't Maine's "yellow flag" law come into play...meaning, law enforcement should have removed guns from his possession?
