A Minnesota judge has taken the rare move of rejecting a negotiated plea agreement that would have allowed a man to avoid prison time for his role in a deadly attempted carjacking in Minneapolis.
Hennepin County District Judge Michael Burns said Monday that he didn't believe 20-year-old Husayn Braveheart was "particularly amenable to probation" or that Braveheart had a "significantly lesser role" in the crime, as prosecutors and his public defender said.

This criminal could have received 22 years in prison. The bleeding heart prosecutor is all about reform and rehabilitation. So she offered him probation instead.
The tough judge said no.

About time we read about a “tough judge”. Although I’m not sure I’d classify him as tough just by doing his job. For once

In the RATS’ new lawless America, you can get your ass out of anything by agreeing to tell the jerks from the Department of Jesters whatever it is they want to hear. The toads in the “media” call it “flippin’.”

I just looked it up. Husayn is a variation of Hussein, a Muslim name.
I wonder how the guy’s last name, Braveheart, fits in there.

Um...
The real ‘news’ is that such a decision is now ‘rare’.
And that’s just the tip of the iceberg...

Because MN is the closet thing to a Marxist state in the USA. Judges who defy the political machine in these states usually get removed on made up charges.

As we all know, the invaders say whatever they want and do whatever they want, protected in their minds by their Satanic moon god.
The kid saw a movie he liked and adopted a name that he thought would sway the WASPS a little in his direction . . . . just in case he gets caught in murder.
