Better yet, mix the seawater with diesel fuel and pump the liquid into the tunnels. That’s what the US Army did to 1600 holdouts on Iwo Jima.

Cheaper solution: Pump in seawater. Absolutely. Pump it into air intakes, flood the generators, do airdrops from helicopters and planes onto suspected entrance locations. Repeat until the ground is a soggy mess and sinkholes collapse the tunnels.
