They have. Powell, Rudy, My Pillow Guy. But Fox as a corporation facilitated those claims. Claims the knew or thought we’re not factual. That’s why they got sued too.

Nope. Allowing people to speak their opinions on the airwaves is not libel by the corporation. They just carry other people's words, like a telephone company.

The legal "injury" if any, is from the people speaking, not the infrastructure carrying their words.

So? People get on TV and lie every day. Every Democrat official constantly lies, and everyone knows it. Just because you think someone is lying doesn't mean you have a responsibility to stop them.

Fox has no liability for what other people said during interviews. Again, anyone who's not a nutjob would realize that Fox has no liability in this, and they settled without a fight.

Something else is going on here.
