Nope. Allowing people to speak their opinions on the airwaves is not libel by the corporation. They just carry other people's words, like a telephone company.
The legal "injury" if any, is from the people speaking, not the infrastructure carrying their words.
Claims the knew or thought we’re not factual.
So? People get on TV and lie every day. Every Democrat official constantly lies, and everyone knows it. Just because you think someone is lying doesn't mean you have a responsibility to stop them.
Fox has no liability for what other people said during interviews. Again, anyone who's not a nutjob would realize that Fox has no liability in this, and they settled without a fight.
Something else is going on here.
Which is why Fox settled for over 750 million dollars.
Right?
Bear in mind that the claims were reiterated by Hannity, Carlson, Ingraham et al. Is Fox not responsible for what their own people are saying in their programs?
Now your next argument will be they libeled or slandered Trump. Trump, Biden, Obama et al are political public figures. They have less protection than you, I or Ruby Freeman or Dominion. What would stand for us being libeled or slandered would largely stand in court. Not so political public figures.
