Nearly 60 percent of Americans are cutting back on spending on live entertainment — including amusement parks, rock concerts, and the performing arts — as prices continue to soar through the roof, according to a new survey of 1,000 individuals conducted by the Wall Street Journal and Credit Karma.

I've done the numbers. Disney breaks even if they charge a million bucks for entry and only get a dozen visitors a day. Profit!
Instead, attend right-wing violence music festivals.
People don't mind paying more for live entertainment. Disney management decided that they should monetize the brawls that periodically break out at their parks.
A lot of dummies will still pony up the greens to their Rat masters running the shows. Won’t be we however.
Just like funemployment during the Obama years.

This is actually how a capitalist economy work - supply and demand. As prices go up, the demand goes down. Eventually either prices come down or income goes up.
Attempts by governments to “manage” the economy usually makes things worse (such as minimum wage, taxes, or required benefits for workers, and restrictions on businesses).
I am not smart enough to understand it all but I do know there are cycles economies go through and currently we are at the worse stage.
The good news is that it will finally sort itself out until the next time.
The bad news is a lot of people will be hurt and businesses will not survive and it will take a few years.
So buckle up kids, we are in for a bumpy ride.

This past summer, I contemplated taking a drive upstate and visiting a park. The price was a bit much, but I said, it’s for the day ... and then I thought to check on parking. Turns out that they charged 30 bucks to park a car, and the park wasn’t near anything else.
So it isn’t just one thing that’s inflated. All the adjoining pieces get inflated as well.
Restaurant meal costs are so high.
I’ll bet Disney got that idea from Chuck E cheese.
Went kayaking with my grandson yesterday. Eight bucks for a Tonto National Forest day pass.
Not all entertainment is expensive.
