Of themselves, the judiciary has no enforcement power. The judiciary needs the executive branch (cops) for enforcement.

There’s more than enough DIRTY Cops in the FBI alone that would be more than happy to arrest Trump. Hell, I bet there are more than a few that would happily take things way too far.
