Pilots here on FR have posted that the private citizen “orange guy’s” jet doesn’t have the range to make that trip when it comes fuel. I dunno.
Have you, as a private citizen, chartered a jet to help the cause? If not, why not?

Not true. The B757 can indeed cross the Atlantic. Although non-stop to TLV is not possible, a refueling stop in DUB or MAN, Trump’s B757 could be used.
