So New Mexico doesn't care if their illegals cross over into Texas?

God Bless Greg Abbott and God Bless Texas.

Not legal for the State of Texas to use landmines, even with that consideration. The Feds could, but they won’t.

Where does it say in the Constitution that Texas can’t lay landmines within its border?

It is illegal in other Federal law - also, recent cases before the Supreme Court have said that Texas may not enforce Federal immigration law.

Also this: https://www.hrw.org/news/2022/06/21/landmines-us-moves-closer-toward-global-ban

Yeah, the Biden admin reinstated the ban on production of landmines.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.
I can’t confirm this but I’ve heard NM is damn near overrun with illegals, especially cartel thugs who are now in de facto control of the Statehouse!

Technically, they aren’t enforcing immigration law. They are just laying landmines. It’s up to the illegals to govern themselves.

Is it illegal to dig a moat?
