1. With a gag order in place, it is best to run any potential public statements by your attorney first
2. Gag orders have been ruled both constitutional and unconstitutional in the past. The keys are narrowly tailored vs over broad, whether the order is vague and ambiguous, and whether the order protects the “integrity” of the legal/justice system- witnesses, potential jurors
3. Trump may be intentionally trying to challenge the gag order.
As an aside, Laura Loomer is probably not the best source to rely upon or retweet.
Unfortunately, the far left Judge who issued the gag order will initially be the one who will decide if the order was violated.
He linked to something on the internet.
That is an attack?
That is Trump doxxing someone?
This violated a gag order?
It’s all a trap. Anything he does violates something, so throw him in jail already.
the release of someone’s personal information with malicious intent, is generally not considered illegal if the information is publicly available, according to U.S. News & World Report. In this case, the information about James’ address could already be accessed by the public, independently of Loomer’s post.
One of my favorite quotes from Atlas Shrugged
There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.

I wonder what her home in Brooklyn is actually worth versus what its appraised at for property tax purposes. Ditto for the judge in this case.
Could this be why President Trump released the info??
For years Cuomo and his girlfriend lived in a house worth almost $2 million but whose appraisal was under $1.3 million- meaning they were paying 40% less property/school tax then they should’ve
In this case, I think that Trump maybe trying to trap the Judge.
Surrogates. Trump needs to learn how to use them.
Did a REPUBLICAN Senator from Alabama recently receive a death threat that was uttered by a former Director of the CIA?
Yes. He threatened the Senator twice.
Yes, and not just people like Don Jr. Others, some who might appear more impartial than the son of the defendant.
Agreed.
If he did this, I question his judgement. That’s not a smart thing to do in the middle of a trial. That is pretty much the definition of intimidation.
This will be fun to watch.
Huffington Post???? Really?????
3D chess and all that.
What is her home address?
Thanks!
Instead of working through surrogates Trump may be showing how to get up and challenge the criminal class. There are many of us that have no one to act as our surrogates. No one is coming to save us.

“Trump’s smearing of James”
That’s an impressive feat, smearing a POS.
