These have always been common attacks in Muslim countries, always, I saw them as a child when they would be that little 2x2-inch column mention of world news.
Machete, knife, sometimes a policeman with his service revolver, they would suddenly need to kill everyone for Allah.

According to the police, this incident occurred at around 8 pm Sunday, October, 15 on the Mata de Mataro highway with it now being clear he was under the influence of both alcohol and drugs which has seemingly played a part in this attack. Very common for would be Jihadis to spend their last hours before they intend to become martyrs in an orgy of drugs and sex that are deadly sins.
