So you think republicans should just continue with the massive continuing resolutions instead of regular constitutional order? McCarthy failed as a leader. He was given a chance and instead of making sure every committee furnish proper appropriation bills he adjourned the house for summer break. The man FAILED the American people who demanded regular order.
