More likely Hamas will threaten to kill them if the utilities are NOT turned back on (if the hostages are even still alive).
Gaza didn’t have access to clean water even before this happened. Netanyahu isn’t as extreme as some in his cabinet but he is does bear responsibility as the ultimate arbiter of Israeli foreign and security affairs.
