My guess is that the Democrats will try to push Biden through the primary season, but then admit that he is too senile for a second term. Right before the convention. I think the Convention will anoint someone by acclamation.

I can see Hillary being picked in their hour of desperate need. If they go that way, it will probably be obviously choreographed. It could also be Michelle. She won't ever do any work as president. But she could sit the throne while Barack flys around and transforms the world.
