DeSantis: U.S. Should Not Take Palestinian Refugees, Arab Nations Need To ‘Step Up’
The Dailywire ^ | OCt 14, 2023 | Daily Wire news

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said during multiple campaign events over the weekend that the United States should not allow any Palestinians from inside Gaza to seek refuge in the U.S.

The Republican presidential candidate made the remarks after Hamas, a Palestinian Islamic terrorist organization, murdered more than 1,300 Israelis last week and injured 3,000+ more in the deadliest day in Israel’s history.

“I don’t know what Biden’s gonna do, but we cannot accept people from Gaza into this country as refugees,” DeSantis told supporters at a rally in Iowa on Saturday. “I am not going to do that. If you look at how they behave, not all of them are Hamas, but they are all anti-Semitic. None of them believe in Israel’s right to exist.”

DeSantis noted that “none of the Arab states are willing to take any of them” and that those countries are the ones that should ultimately be responsible for helping Palestinian Arabs.

“You don’t fly people and import them into the United States of America,” he said. “So we’re going to be very strong on that. And I think about our country, you see these demonstrations supporting Hamas in the United States of America. How did we get to the point where people are out there doing that — you get reports of babies being murdered, all this other stuff — and your first instinct is to go out and praise the terrorists who perpetrated that? You have students at Harvard signing letters, praising Hamas for doing it.”

Thank goodness, someone had the guts to speak up. We cannot accept these haters into our country. They elected Hamas, they should live with the consequences.

Nobody has been a disaster to the country but Texas. They let illegals flow through the border like water. Florida does get Cubans but Texas is a disaster. That should be your focus. But since you like the governor there, it’s forgiven. Ridiculous.

No Arab country wants them, they are nothing but trouble were ever they go. Just useful idiots.

We already have thousands of terrorists inside the wire; we don’t need any more.

“You don’t fly people and import them into the United States of America,”

We did that many, many times before, as with Somalians and a dozen of other turd-world, shithole “countries”.

Thank you Captain Obvious and welcome to the party.

I am not going to vote for Trump just because he is ahead in the polls. I am going to vote for the candidate who would be the best president in these times. The one who is able to articulate solutions to the issues of the day with knowledge and foresight. That is certainly not Trump. This “get behind the guy in the lead even though he’s an egomaniac and a fool” is not a good argument.

WIKI

Sirhan Bishara Sirhan...is a Palestinian-Jordanian man who was convicted of the June 5, 1968 assassination of presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy.

“My only connection with Robert Kennedy was his sole support of Israel and his deliberate attempt to send those 50 fighter jets to Israel to obviously do harm to the Palestinians.”

On August 27, 2021, after years of being denied parole, he was granted parole by a two-person panel of the California parole board. Prosecutors declined to participate or to oppose his release under a policy by Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón. On January 13, 2022, Governor Gavin Newsom blocked Sirhan’s release on parole. He was denied parole again on March 1, 2023.

The April 4, 1968, assassination of Martin Luther King Jr., shortly followed by the June 5 assassination of Robert F. Kennedy...renewed efforts to pass the bill.

On June 11, 1968, a tie vote in the House Judiciary Committee halted the bill’s passage. On reconsideration nine days later, the bill was passed by the committee. The Senate Judiciary Committee similarly brought the bill to a temporary halt, but as in the House, it was passed on reconsideration. House Resolution 17735, known as the Gun Control Act, was signed into law by President Lyndon B. Johnson on October 22, 1968.”

Gaza is 80% Egyptian. Let Egypt take em.

THIS is the answer. Its close and EU and USA has already said, "We'll help pay for it!". Build them tent cities in the middle of Sanai...and there are several old cities with living arrangements there (most young Egyptians go to Cairo/Sinai/Alexandria for work) instead of staying on the Peninsula.

If they come to America, I suggest Johnson Island Atoll, Midway Atoll, the Island Zuckerberg lives on, and USVI. Keep them OFF the mainland.

Actually, he’s wrong.

A primary reason for the Abram accords was to allow the various Arab states that matter to cease keeping the Palestinian support debacle alive. The Arab states have never accepted Palestinians as citizens. They provided money to keep them in their pen

That is except Saddam Hussein. Sadam promised and gave Kuwait to the Palestinians. Fortunately Saddam lost Kuwait before it could actually happen

It’s too dangerous for America to bring in Palestinian terrorists. Think about your children and grandchildren. We don’t need that jihad bullschidt here.

BUT Duh-Santis has been allowing into his state all Sorts of illegals doing his states Citizens harm, and allowing (even aiding illegals with transport at times) to make their way to other states where they may be causing harm to others.

Total BS and you know it. But you can't help yourself. DeSantis Derangement Syndrome causes many like yourself to go full retard.

Not this BS again.

He’s cracked down on illegals more than any Governor and many have self deported to other states. He doesn’t have the power to deport illegals out of the country. Of course you know that but want to be an A hole and stir up the Trump dumplins that like to emote rather than think.
