It’s not but these RINOs are forever bleating how bad the shutdowns are etc. yet here they are...
Also, it might put off some voters longer term if they think electing GOPers leads to dysfunction.

All this dysfuction is setting the stage for another massive omibus bill. The spending will continue apace regardless of who the R’s have as Speaker. It just won’t stop.
