If you watch the Thread Referenced video, there is the IDF knowledge of vast underground Hamas bases of operations and storage under the Gaza City areas where the ordinary citizens live. The IDF operations will be to destroy all such Hamas facilities and leave undisturbed uninvolved structures and infra structure.
The IDF is thereby in compliance with the current “Rules Of War” that demand civilians not be killed or harmed. The cowardly use of citizens as body guards by Hamas and the Taliban is thus negated.
