Remember that protest at George Mason University?

Some of the participants sued some conservatives who were taking pictures of them as the occupied a campus building. They claimed the picture-takers were “violating their right to privacy.” I excrement you not.

The case went to court. The judge ruled that a demonstration is by definition a public event, and that those who participate give up their right to privacy.
