If the results were anywhere near what you are claiming, the Ukrainian army would already have been destroyed and the Russians would have an open road to Kyiv. As that is clearly not the case, it shows that your argument is fallacious.
For the Ukrainians, for the Russians it is moving backward, North Korean ammo leading to blown tubes and lousy accuracy, poor maintenance leading to more blown tubes and gun loss, and the desperate use of ancient tanks as a lousy artillery substitute, and the loss of Russian counter-battery capabilities while losing at least 876 artillery pieces.
