Moderate republicans are democrats.
“Bipartisan” = Let the Democrats rule.
Republican circular firing squad continues emptying their magazines into each other. Didn’t think it could get worse.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the House GOP moderates voted for Pelosi, that’s how worthless they are.
The Can Doo Doo Party!
Uniparty strikes back
No. I did not vote for my congressman to be bipartisan. So far he hasn’t been. He hasn’t voted for a dime for Ukraine. He’s never voted for a CR or an omnibus bill.
Thanks Gaetz!
Whole thing makes the GOP look incapable of governing. You don’t see these sorry displays of disarray when the Democrats are in the majority.
Conservative purity is driving the House back to the leftist Dems and quite frankly I’m just ambivalent anymore. Good job Gaetz!

Gutless pukes
Congress’ chronic inability to follow its own appropriations process is hardly new. In fact, in the nearly five decades that the current system for budgeting and spending tax dollars has been in place, Congress has passed all its required appropriations measures on time only four times: fiscal 1977 (the first full fiscal year under the current system), 1989, 1995 and 1997. And even those last three times, Congress was late in passing the budget blueprint that, in theory at least, precedes the actual spending bills.
Select Jordan and be done with this.
Lots of Democrats pretending to be Republican need to be recalled or primaried.
Bipartisan Deal - NEVER!!
If GOP goes this route they should ALL just declare themselves DEMOCRATS.
STOP bending over for Democrats!!!
Punch them in the face!!!!!!!
good. then the fake ‘bipartisan’ system is finally breaking down and the uniparty is exposed to the average gop voter.
Go Go GOOBs!
The GOPe falls for the “calls for bi-partisanship” and “working across the aisle” every da*n time. What happens then is that a democrat-lite takes charge and hands the left everything they want on a silver platter.
Next, the GOP sends out requests for campaign donations and promises that if elected or re-elected, then next time, next time for sure, they will work to pass a conservative agenda.
Rinse and repeat!
It is likely we end up with a coalition of Republicans and Democrats running a pseudo Republican for Speaker of the House instead of Kevin McCarthy.
McCarthy was to a certain degree trying to do the right thing under very difficult circumstances while keeping a razor thin majority satisfied.
May end up regretting his ouster. Worse, if McCarthy is reinstated (which is also likely) America First Republicans will have lost all leverage.
