The first one was so much fun, and it only cost $500 billion bailout.
The banks were accused of this new thing called ‘Redlining’ which was racist. (How dare they refuse loans to poor people who could not afford to pay them back)
They picked a bank that ‘refused’ was sued by the clinton administration, with Andrew Cuomo running the show.
They had to pay what was the largest fine in history.
So the rest of the banks fell in line- If they didn’t loan the money they would get sued, if they did- and the loan went bad- the government would bail the out. So it was a no brainer.
This let to the first S&L bailout- which was 100% the government’s fault.
Tt is not illegal to consider a person’s immigration.

A small regional bank needs to file suit in a carefully selected federal district court (with a Trump appointed judge) in an appellate circuit with a majority of conservative judges (e.g., the Fifth Circuit) to declare that they can and should refuse to make loans to illegal aliens.
The problem is that all banks will be afraid to go against the Biden regime since it will inevitably result in extensive audits by the FDIC and the IRS (including IRS audits of all bank employees).
If they (the banks) comply with this, it is because they WANT to comply. The President has no authority over banks or any other business. They could take him (Biden) to court if he uses the government to coerce them in breaking the law.
It’s a sick twisted world that the left wish upon us.
This admin is the very worst money can buy. The bad guys really got their money’s worth with this criminal organization they are calling an Administration.
They’ll get an ITN and also get earned income credit...if they work.

This is the recipe for bank failure. Banks making loans that probably won’t get paid back. This puts every ones money at risk. Total insanity.
The basic immigration law denies aid of any kind to persons here illegally. Lending money falls into ‘aid of any kind’ category.

Banks do not give a damn about who you are unless a Maga Man. At the urging of Biden’s administration many conservative companies and businesses have had their credit lines cut off. Banks care about your credit worthiness. If they deny a loan to an illegal alien it is because they do not think they will be payed back.
If you lend to an illegal alien the bank examiners will cite your institution. Furthermore, if you lend to an illegal and then you need to foreclose, the institution is then required to pay for an attorney to represent the illegal that you are foreclosing on. INSANITY !!!
