The chances that an Israeli knows someone who died from Hamas terrorism the other day are 10 times higher than an American knows someone who died when “some people did something”.
So if someone from the Vatican was killed, it would be equivalent to 3000 9/11s?
I knew and had met 2 people who died on 9/11 airplanes and another who barely escaped the debris when the twin towers fell. I suspect this was true for many of us who had resided in DC or NYC.
I do not know anyone who died in Israel but this hits just as hard as 9/11. In both cases nazi fascists murdered civilians simply because of their nationality. They will not prevail.
