Seems to me that Putin is FRIENDLIER with Israel than the Biden Regime is. The idea that Putin is somehow behind this attack is so off the wall, that the people claiming it need to be REMOVED from this site.

And as you noted, Israel has not broken any diplomatic ties with Moscow. They have maintained normal relations with Russia throughout their war with Ukraine
