The current metro area population of Tampa in 2023 is 2,977,000!

He was popular enough as governor to draw much bigger crowds before taking advice from imbeciles.

Well pal, why should he waste his time in Florida, as being down 35 points there makes it one of his STRONG STATES. DeSantis needs to spend his time in states where he’s weaker.

This event appears to have been held in one of the bigger spaces, and may have occupied 1/8 of the room, if that....

the same people that were behind Jeb bush’s campaign are backing desantis. That said, Jeb ended up with three delegates costing his campaign in excess of fifty million dollars each.

saw some other photos.. crowd may have gotten up to occupying 1/4 of the space.. the photos have a funny perspective due to the lens they used.

Was Jeb able to leverage those 3 delegates into forcing the nominee to include some favorite idea or plan into a plank of the party? I can’t remember.
They weren’t even an issue of leverage to my recolection.
Pretty soon he’s going to have to draw circles on the ground for people to sit in.
