A good dog trainer can solve the dog problem.
Only death will solve the Biden problem, IMO.
A dog is only as good as it’s handler or owner!
Cut the dogs some slack, with new caring owners they can be socialized and made into good companions, the original owners on the other hand NEED TO BE PUT DOWN!
