If the judge is ill-educated to here the case that’s a huge issue.
It seems he has very little understanding of accounting in business, especially, at the scale of a large corporation like Trump has. It isn’t something you handle in a week or even a month. It takes people with accounting, backgrounds and knowledge to go through all the account statements, receipts, etc. transaction by transaction.
Violation of the Canon of ethics for lawyers. Weirdergon should be sanctioned by the state’s attorneys board of ethics regarding unprofessional conduct and admissions of bias re saying that he will allow emotions to be entered into his decisions.
Then again, this is New York where the term “ethical behavior” and “professional conduct” are ignored and irrelevant.
