I've always thought the Antifa/BLM riots were crises that were staged and encouraged to defeat Trump. And it worked. Those riots and the man made Covid crisis were the reasons Trump did not overcome The Steal.
But what was Trump to do re: riots in third world cities? Call out the National Guard? Nope. These were issues left up to the states themselves and the governors thereof.
That said, Trump could have done so. If Biden can use the National Guard to defeat Texas in our fight against his illegal immigrant invasion, then Trump could have sent troops into Portland to put down the insurrections there.
